Pages on this site describe programming consulting for database refactoring and query performance. Descriptions are informational. A separate written statement of work governs any paid engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and design, belongs to Service Riverbase or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed as stated in that engagement’s contract.

Client materials

Schemas, logs, and documents you share remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to perform the requested consultation. You confirm you have the right to share those materials.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Service Riverbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from consulting advice, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless the statement of work states otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
